Official Yu Vibe respects your privacy and gives customers a way to request deletion of personal information associated with their account, orders, or communications with our store.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email us at info@officialyuvibe.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address used for your order or account so we can locate the relevant records.

What we delete

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal information we no longer need to provide services, complete transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. This may include customer account details, marketing preferences, support messages, and other store records associated with you.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, legal compliance, security, or other legitimate business purposes. Where we must keep records, we limit access and retain them only as long as necessary.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is complex or requires additional verification, we may need more time and will let you know.

Third-party services

Our store may use Shopify and other service providers to process orders, payments, shipping, analytics, marketing, or customer support. When needed, we will take reasonable steps to request deletion or anonymization of eligible data held by those providers.
