Shipping costs

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $75. Shipping charges for other orders vary and are displayed at checkout.

Processing time

Most products are made to order. Orders are generally processed and produced within 2–3 business days. Processing times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when customization details require clarification.

Estimated delivery

After processing, delivery is estimated to take approximately 4–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when the order ships.

If an order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact support@officialyuvibe.com with the order number and tracking information.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided or delivery was missed.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges.
